This week The Newland Smith Team catches up with Grams of Crystals owner and founder Lauren Herman to get her locals’ guide to Chapel Hill, the quaint, close knit community in East Boynton.
What do you love about where you live?
1.5 miles from the Ave–an easy bike ride. Also Lake Ida Park is so close! Chapel Hill is a quiet neighborhood close to everything Delray and Boynton have to offer!

What is your favorite restaurant?
The Grove. Outstanding food and cocktails. Friendly service and family feel. Fresh local menu that changes often. Each menu iteration is somehow better than the last.

You know you’re a local if…..
You ride your bike to the beach via George Bush Blvd to avoid parking wars. Extra points if you stop by the French Bakery for a Pistachio Croissant on the way!
